Vision

Our vision is to empower participants with confidence leading to enhanced patient care through accurate results. The goal is to be the preferred facility for training and quality assurance, equipping healthcare workers to deliver exceptional care.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure our training program is widely accessible across all sectors, facilitating and supporting both in-class and online training. We aim to make a positive impact on the lives of learners and, ultimately, the patients they serve.

Objectives

Our objective is to provide affordable benchmark training and become a leader in the industry, promoting positive change by enhancing skills, education, and self-empowerment, which will lead to greater employment opportunities.

Sharon Padayachee, the founder of Quality First Training and Support (QFTS), provided technical clinical laboratory interface (CLI) support during her 4 years as a Lab Advisor with a District Support Provider.

She recognized the need for effective skills awareness training and support. To address this need, she established her training business, crafting a workshop that is user-friendly and accessible, ultimately aimed at enhancing patient care through proper knowledge and methodologies.

QFTS is a registered, female-owned growing business in South Africa, holding a Level 1 B-BBEE certificate.

The training program is aligned to the current National Department of Health guidelines, designed to be affordable and accessible for healthcare workers, supplemented by ongoing mentorship.

Quality First Training and Support, established in May 2021, focuses on providing high-quality training for healthcare workers. Led by subject matter experts and accredited facilitators, our programs equip participants with essential education and skills, empowering them to excel in their roles and improve patient care.
